Seller's Information List and Rating Instructions

Rate a Home, LLC developed an online “Sellers Information List and Rating Program” (SILRP) for Sellers and Real-Estate Agents. The (SILRP) covers existing homes, modular homes, and condominiums. The (SILRP) includes a rating program for your residence to help you view your property through the buyer’s eyes. This will help you decide if certain items in your residence should be replaced or repaired. The list you develop will not only help you, but will be a valuable tool for the agents you choose to interview. The (SILRP) is free, compliments of Rate a Home.

 

1.       Proceed to the “Sellers Information List and Rating Program” page, after reviewing these instructions. It may be helpful to print a copy of these instructions before you proceed.

 

2.       Fill in your name, address and contact phone numbers. Note: You must enter your e-mail address under the “contact data” to receive a copy of your (SILRP). (Important: see note at the bottom of the instructions for e-mail settings)

 

3.       Enter the dollar amount you feel your residence should sell for.

 

4.       Select a property type.

 

5.       Fill in the (SILRP) questionnaire. Check only the boxes in front of the information that meets your residence type. The boxes you check are the only items that will show on the (SILRP) report.

 

6.       If you have specific agents or builders you wish to receive your (SILRP) you may enter their e-mail address in the “Also Forward To” area at the bottom of the (SILRP) program. Rate a Home’s program will automatically forward your (SILRP) to them. When you complete your (SILRP) click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the page.

 

7.       A copy of the (SILRP) will automatically be forwarded to the e-mail address you provided.

 

8.       Print the (SILRP) for your records.

 

9.       You may choose to forward your copy (via e-mail, fax or mail) to any real estate agent that you wish to discuss your housing sales needs with.

Notify agents that you are forwarding your (SILRP) to them, from the Rate a Home web-site as well, so they can do the same.
