Rate a Home, LLC offers an online “Wish List” for Buyers, Renters, Builder’s, Real-Estate and Leasing Agents. There are four different Wish Lists that cover existing homes, new homes (to be built), condominiums, and rental dwellings. Your selection of property type on the first page will determine which Wish List you fill out. The list you develop will not only help you, but will be a valuable tool for the agent and/or builder you choose to interview. The “Wish List” is free, compliments of Rate a Home.

Wish List Instructions:

1. Proceed to the "Wish List” page after reviewing these instructions. It may be helpful to print a copy of these instructions before you proceed. (Please note: if your mouse has a scroll wheel, be careful that information entered in a drop down box does not change)

2. The “Wish List” is a 3 page form. You must fill out certain information on the first page in order to proceed to the next page.

3. On the first page, fill in your name, address and contact phone numbers. You must enter your e-mail address under the “contact data” to receive a copy of your “Wish List”. (Please Note: Some customers may not receive the “Wish List” data if they have high spam blocking settings. To ensure you receive yours, please add wishlist@rateahome.com to your “receive/friends” e-mail list. Notify agents or builders you are forwarding your wish list to from Rate a Homes web-site as well.)

4. Select a property type. Only one property type is available at a time. To do multiple property types, you must fill out additional Wish Lists.

5. On the second page, enter the dollar range for the property you are seeking.

6. Continue filling out the “Wish List” questionnaire for the property type you have selected. Check only the boxes next to your wishes. The boxes you check are the only items that will show on the “Wish List”.

7. On the third page, you may indicate who (besides yourself) you would like to receive your Wish List. If you have specific agents or builders you wish to receive your “Wish List”, you may enter their e-mail address at the bottom of the this page. Rate a Home’s program will automatically forward your “Wish List” to them.

8. Select a state in the “Contact Agents in which State” list, for where you are conducting your search. Note: (If you have a builder or agent already chosen, disregard entering a state and follow instruction #9). If you choose "Contact Agents in Which States" in the Wish List Program, this will notify Rate a Home and its subscribers in your given area. Rate a Home reserves the right to forward your wish list to non-subscribing agents and/or builders in the state you chose in order to meet your needs for a particular city, township, county or country. Subscribers to Rate A Home may consist of others not affiliated as an agent or builder.

9. When you complete your “Wish List” click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the page. Rate a Home’s program will automatically forward the “Wish List” as per your request according to numbers 7 and/or 8 of the instructions.

10. A copy of the “Wish List” will also automatically be forwarded to your e-mail address that you provided.

11. When you receive your email, you may print the “Wish List” for your records.

12. You may also choose to forward your copy (via e-mail, fax or mail) to any real estate agents, leasing agents or builders that you desire to discuss your housing needs with.
