The concept for Rate a Home was conceived in 2005, and Rate a Home is a family owned and operated company. All involved, at one time or another (and some of us many times over) have experienced first hand the process of building, buying and leasing. Knowing there had to be a better way to deal with all the choices and decisions that have to be made during these times, we combined all of our knowledge and experiences and feel confident that we have developed a program that will streamline and organize these processes significantly.

What is Rate A Home?

Rate a Home is designed to help take the guess work out of which property best suits your needs and desires. The properties you tour can be rated either on an individual basis or by two people. The end result combines and calculates your ratings, and ranks them accordingly, from high to low, providing you with the property that suits you the best.

Our Mission...

Rate a Home is an Internet based world wide company created to streamline the Real-Estate buying, selling and renting process for buyers, sellers, renters, agents and builders. This is achieved through a comprehensive yet easy to use, buyers, renters and sellers, self property rating program. It includes key tools such as wish list, check lists, agent and builder interview lists and helpful “to do” lists, just to name a few. Rate a Home’s goal is to help the buyers, renters and sellers to become knowledgeable and savvy during their Real-Estate search, and at the same time be beneficial to the real-estate and leasing agents when they provide their clients with this new and efficient program.
